Is there going to be another lawsuit for DV2021 winners? I mean if judge Mehta will take a decision in favour of only plaintiffs then can we, others, who didn't get an opportunity to participate in the previous lawsuit, start a new one to support our right to receive visa? I mean it's not our fault that KCC didn't process all of the cases
