I'm also a thalapathy vijay and rajnikanth sir fan. I can confirm that GOAT was intentionally made bad, they were overconfident. Vijay is a very good actor. But they failed to use him properly. Whereas this film vettaiyan is properly written and directed. The sar cast is also good.

First of all, the budget of this film isnt 160 crore as u told in 0:28. Its 300 crores. Today is 16 th day since its release and it hardly managed to do around 250 crore and today itself it earned even less than 1 crore
Tbh the film is strictly average and one time watchable on theatres. Its definitely not a great movie
