AT, the next time you visit, I would also like to see big areas like Chaguanas, San Fernando, and Point Fortin. Maybe you can do a drive through in one or two rich areas. Trinidad also has a large water park and other interesting places to visit. Freeport would be considered country to people from POS, but as you are seeing, Trinidad is well developed. It is a pity they don't realise how nice the place is. You can go to dinner at nice restaurants at night. Street food and meals at the food courts are more available early in the day when people are out and about. When I am in Trinidad, I do go to dinner at nice restaurants that serve other types of food because there is an international cuisine in some restaurants and at hotel restaurants that are open to the public. Thanks for the video. As usual, you are one of my favourite YouTubers. You do look nice in dresses. You can eat that meal with a knife and fork and eat the roti like a bread. We tend to eat that type of food in Canada with a knife and fork, lol. That is the way the Indians and some locals eat roti and other Indian meals. I still cook that type of meal in Canada, although I have lived here for decades. I would leave the roti out because that takes a lot of time make.

The boat you took last year was the galleons passage, not the boccoo reef. The bucoo reef is a brand new state of the art catermaran, so is the APT James, which I believe is the catamaran you just came in on.
