@plane1233 no, the freezer will think that its too cold then it will automatically shut down, , freezers tend to shut down when its too cold,

No. You can only by dry ice in America. Unfortunately, it's illegal in Norway.

well he was meaning that when you put dry ice in the freezer, it makes the freezer think that its colder than it actually is because the dry ice cools down the built in thermometer so to compensate for this, it stops trying to make it cold and eventually it will get too hot and the food will go bad

u said the freezer will be TOO COLD and ul ruin ur food wont the coldness from the dry ice keep the freezer cool?
