World-class sociologist of religion, Peter Berger, explains why this hypothesis has failed on a grand scale, how the world as at least as religious as it ever was, but that modernization has increased pluralism, as fewer and fewer people live in religiously homogenous societies.

We are arguably now already in a Post-Secularist age, although that isn't visible to everybody (yet).
