Difference between HT which is also called High tension line and LT which is called as Low tension line.

The Ht line is High voltage line 11kilovatt.
And LT line is Low tension or Low voltage line which is 3 phase =433 volt and 1 phase is 220volt.

High voltage line is connected to the distribution transformer HV side bushing HV side has 3 bushings in which 3 phases of 11kv is connected.

The distribution transformer converts the 11kv to 433 volt by the help of distribution transformer .The transformer Lv side can given us 3 phase and 1 neutral Hv side has 4 bushings 3 phase and one neutral bushing .These bushings can be connected to cable and by the use of cable your home and shops take supply.
