“Are you in a relationship or friendship with a person who is viscous, cruel, sarcastic and mean? You walk on egg shells or adapt their odd way of thinking to keep the peace. This person may also be a workaholic or have too many “irons in the pot” which for some of these Narcissists, it leads to portions of their life being out of control. You might have a workplace narcissist on your hands.

The first thing I noticed is that NT focuses on rationale while NJ focuses on a particular set of motivation. They don't seem like they would necessarily be contradictory since they focus on two distinct aspects of a person's psychology. NT being interjected, while NJ being identifiable. I'm curious to know how they'll be compared.

Final thoughts: I'm curious what you mean by rational and logical, and how you describe the NT and NJ factors.

1. COGNITIVE
The rationale between personally understood Rational [Ti] and external sources of Rational [Te]. That can be refined for either internal [i] or external [e] potential [N]. Which is controversial between most of Te and Ti types due to cognitive bias. Some types are hypocritical while others are more thoughtful.

2. IDENTIFIED
The rationale used for conceptualization of the understanding (1st and 4th letters). In socionics, EJ/IP are considered the rational types, while IJ/EP types are considered irrational. That can be either Harmony [F] or Rational [R] focused. Either of which can be based on logical reasoning [Ne/Si] or mental stability [Ni/Se].

3. INTERJECTED
The rationale from perception functions focused on either the potentiality [N] or limits [S] of the judgment function (either of which can be considered rational and logical depending on the goal), which directly fixates on either Harmony [F] or Rational [T] (either of which can be considered rational and logical depending, also dependent on the goal), from either the rational (EJ/IP) or irrational [IJ/EP] perspective. Where N sets a goal for the judgment type [F/T] it's paired with, while S limits the factors of the opposing judgment type.
• (NF/ST is considered Ethical because it's nice, while NT/SF is considered Moral because it's kind. But none of which are considered to be more rational than the other as an actual fact. So it splits people into 2 communities, both of which believe themselves to be right, justified, or rational)

There are 3 basic levels of rationale that Analytical Psychology addresses, which I'm hoping you might be able to make a video(s) on that goes into more in-depth understandings of the 3 main tasks of rationale (or other potential tasks). And maybe how the parent and child functions affect people's biases, since the Parent function is the one making excuses to protect the Child function.
