I'm English and my husband of 34 years and father of our five kids is a top notch out of this world dad and I never thought I would see someone out do him but you sir have raised the bar exponentially. Take it from a mom whose children who are all grown up now and we have the first two grandchildren that you will be paid back in kind. Our children all flew the nest went of to college and university but every one of them came back and bought homes in the same area as us. We all go on vacation together and have some of the best get togethers EVER.

Amazing job!! Just a suggestion...try putting more buttercream in between the layers and roll the fondant a little thicker to hide any inconsistencies. Otherwise a really great job! I love that you did that for your daughter! Probably a lot cheaper than getting it from a bakery too!
