Scarborough Fair by Simon and Garfunkel.
… parsley, SAGE, rosemary and thyme.

I'm with Morrison, I like the Blues, therefore I'm a Stones fan (since 1964)...

Stones more than the Beatles, and the song you quoted was by Simon & Garfunkel.

So I like them BOTH (Stones and The Beatles), but neither of them sang that song. Simon and Garfunkel sang "Scarborough Fair" (Parsley, Sage, Rosemary, and Thyme).

The song is Scarborough Fair. It's not originally a Beatles song, but it's almost as good as those steaks look!

Looks awesome! However, I don't think adding oil keeps the butter from burning, it is a misconception that is simply chemically impossible. Clarified butter (which is what you might have meant to say) will not burn up to temps of 500 deg. It is the removal of the proteins in the butter that allows for this. Great video, but please don't burn my butter!!

"A byproduct of milk cows" that is probably the most messed up way I've heard of baby cows being referred to. And I love eating meat. Dayum!

I thought it was supposed to be deglazed with white wine at the end ?don’t know if that’s true, but It tastes really good in that way. I like to do this with monkfish, almost same texture. I will try it next time with the smoking step for the fish 🤗

Pitmaster, the oil w/ butter to make it not burn is just a myth. Sorry to break it to you. lol

Hi Roel. Sorry this is off topic. Could you please do a homemade Rookworst recipe? My girlfriend is Dutch, we live in Australia and find it very hard to find it. Coming into Australian winter, we’re going to make stamppot boerenkool 😁

I have to agree with Morrison. Blues are way better than the Beatles. The Rolling Stones do the blues very well. Good call Morrison!
