Mini Cooper S R53 cold start issue misfire

I had this problem with my 2003 Cooper S prefacelift. Turned out to be a combination of a bad tune, and a rusty terminal on the coil. This fixed itself most of the times by restarting the car strangely enough. Caused a check engine light and warning light to come on.
