I only discovered this band last week, no idea how I missed them for 20 years.

My eldest daughter just heard this and was suitably impressed - so there you go Warpaint, 2 new fans, over 2 generations.

For me, warpaint has an intense connection with friendship, love support, and confidence. This band represents the bond I have with two of my closest friends. We grew up as young adult women listening to your music, going to every one of your shows in Buenos Aires, and listening to your music at home while creating memories. Seeing one of these shows immortalized in this video means so much to me since both of them are living abroad. Catching a glimpse of that show made my heart warm, happy, and filled with joy Thank you for your music, and for being there. Thank you very much music, Stella, Emily, Theresa. and Jenny.

A chance encounter in a random bar in Los Feliz almost 15 years ago led me to discovering this band. I immediately fell in love with Jenny, and anyone who has ever seen her in person can relate. Been a fan ever since. Sadly, the one chance I had to see them here in Palm Springs I was out of town on business. Listening to KCRW tonight and this song played and I remembered why I love this band. Subtle, sublime, with a sound no one else can master. Keep it up, girls!
