In todays Retrobat setup guide, I am going to show you how to setup the amazing Sega Saturn by using Retroarch and can render them up to 4k resolution. I am also going to go through some settings as well as provide advice on which video settings you might be best suited with using. Please do not ask for any files or where to get games.

Wow, thank you for this. I just got into Saturn emulation, and for some reason, all the games are running at like 10x speed! I'll have to see if copying your settings suggestions helps my issue. Someone said possibly the frame limiter or vsync... when I'm back home, I'll check it out. Thanks again

Thank you for another straightforward video. So I did exactly as you did, all the bios files and my game is in chd format. But game doesnt load, just exits back to the menu.

Good vid but I'm having issues mapping the controller within retrobat. I'm using the genesis 6-button controller (8 button with shoulder buttons) from retrobit, and I can't figure out how to set the face buttons properly. The mapping option is only set up to show mapping for a controller with 4 face buttons rather than the 6. Such a pain in the butt. Even going into the Retroarch options when a game is loaded up, it sees that controller as an SNES controller and makes mapping it impossible because it doesn't even see the shoulder buttons.

Any guide on how to set it properly would be awesome.

I watch all your tutorials and you have saved my life several times...
I have a small problem: When I activate "Pixel Perfect" on systems like PSX and SATURN, the screen shrinks, leaving an ugly black frame, which does not appear in your videos. I have tried all the combinations and I can't fix it.
You know why?
PS: My team is simple. AMD Ryzen 7 MiniPC with Radeon Gr 10

Hello Jamie, i have the same problem like other users. None of my files will launch in retrobat. When I boot into the game it loads the settings menu of saturn? All bios are installed and roms are in .chd, ZIP and 7Z format. Any idea why the roms will not boot?

When I try and open BatUI, it pops up with a dialogue box in French. Something about WinDev. Why on earth am I getting a French dialogue box?

Need help please! Got the games to work in Retrobat but they are going to quickly! It is like someone has put the fast forward button on them. How do i change this to get them to play at normal speed?
