That gym is absolutely amazing! I can tell just by being in that environment, you gain all kiiindz of muscle cuz you have a mentality of a beast.

Weniger ist manchmal mehr ! Sicher kann man mit hohem Gewicht auch die die tiefen Fasern ansprechen und einen hohen Wachstumsreiz erzielen aber ich denke bei manchen Übungen wäre eine kontrollierte Ausführung mit weniger Gewicht genauso effektiv wenn nicht effektiver, außerdem wäre die Verletzungsgefahr wesentlich geringer ! Trotzdem Daumen hoch David Hoffmann, du scheinst ein sympatischer Typ zu sein, wünsche dir weiter viel Erfolg auf deinem Weg !
