in the world tournament stage it also allows you to freeroam if you freak the crowd out with a particularly powerful blast (the announcer will say "maybe i should get the heck out of here?!?!" while a scene shows the crowd fleeing in terror)

I just hope that Kakarot won't be the last time we get Dragon Ball content in a game. Because this video with Teen Goku "exploring" the various stages in Sparking Zero really highlights why, at some point in the near future, there needs to be a game based on Dragon Ball with free roam.

I think sparking zero is the beginning of something special. The attentiuti detail and first person view aspect. Along with being a mix of all the dragon ball games to date. Xenoverse/ kakarot together. There will be another build and it’s going to be perfect

Back in Tenkaichi 2 when we wanted bigger stages, or able to free roam or much more destructive environments.
We got DB Kakarot and SZ. its perfect!

Looking at it this way, they could bring back the games Dragon Ball Z: The Legacy of Goku II and Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Fury that were for the Gameboy Color since it would be a form of open world with an RPG theme.

Didn’t know you could choose the no crowd version from the menu, thought you had to choose the normal arena stage and do your ultimate attack to get the animation where everyone runs away to trigger the switch

You can run with every character in the game, the only way sadly is in the tournament mode. But I believe it's worth it as the gameplay changes substantially

I found a void glitch in this game. Pretty much I was in training with Piccolo & Goten literally went under the map…found some bizarre things/maybe a new stage. Either way it kinda looked like when Gogeta & Broly fought in that dimension area.
