Holcomb is unbelievably powerful. He's the best white blues singer I've ever heard. Thank you for sharing this video, showing us how Holcomb played guitar.

Terrific! If there's more, please share. I'm guessing this is from the early 1970s, but any info is appreciated. Roscoe was a very banjoistic guitarist. He's in open G, but with the bottom string (typically tuned down to D) tuned up to G, giving him a pair of droning bass Gs (6th & 5th strings) .
