Really helpful insight, I have my screening next week. I was watching this vlog thinking "is it really worth it" (you looked quite sad and ran down in places). But then I saw you open the cash envelope at the end and will definitely be attending now haha

I have a screening next week. The amount of Football Manager I'd be playing whilst in there is insane.

Got my screening booked for next month. This video was useful in me making the decision to do it. I do smoke so it’s going to be cold turkey for me 🥶

I spent 4 months in my house due to Covid… I think I’ll manage 2 weeks

I'm 41, and have colitis so not sure they will accept me but I'd definitely be tempted...a chance to catch up on a bunch of TV and get a few games done

Really useful video - thanks. I'm waiting for an invitation to a second screening and this video has given me far more of an insight into what to expect than anything that I've previously seen or read.

If you are accepted how far in advance do you find when you’re going to start the trial.

Can’t imagine what it’s like to have to stay in one building all the time and wear a mask. Man, I hope not many people ever have to do one of those virus tests.

Great informative vid, have my screening appointment today! Are those nose swabs like the covid PCR ones or worse? And how often are the blood tests? is the cannula left in mostly?

They've called me today and I'm starting on the 29. But they've said I'll be like a reserve... So it's not guaranteed. Did this happen with you??

Hi mate, I have my first screening coming up soon. From start to finish how long did the whole process take for you? Thanks 👍

I applied!! could definitely do with 4k right now !!! my question is would you do this again or would do any other clinical trial like this ? I've seen one where you get paid 8k with parexel but I think that might be a risky one ?

Great vid. How do you feel 3 years on..? Any long term effects? Any regrets at all..?

And… what did you spend that juicy money on..? 💰

Thinking about signing up, do you know if weight is one of the things they look for?

I have never smoked or drank in my entire life so I'm just curious if that would affect the opportunity.

Also another quick question, is it a guaranteed amount of £250 a day or is it dependant on what trial you get chosen for?

Hey there 👋, I know this an old video, but I really appreciate you putting this out there to understand the Flucamp experience better. 🙏 So it is only Flu and cold conditions they test if you don't have asthma?

I'm going for my first screening next week, I'm hoping to start the quarantine trial in maybe 4-6 weeks potentially.

Can I ask how the tax on that would work out? Is the compensation taxed before you receive it, or is it tax-free, or do you need to notify HMRC of it and discuss it with them? I've asked Flucamp about that and they said it's either taxed before we receive it, or it's tax free as long as you're in the 20% tax threshold.

I checked the HMRC guidance online too, but they don't seem to give any clear answers, or say that it wouldn't be taxed provided it was a 'reasonable' amount. A bit unclear and contradictory. Many thanks if you can clear that up. 🙏

Hey, I saw your reply regarding heavy exercise. I do full body workouts 2-3 times a week at the gym, would it affect test results negatively if I continue to do them before my test?
(Got my first test next week)
