USA two-ball volleyball warmup game

USA two-ball warmup game for volleyball. The actual USA WNT might play by slightly different rules. These are the rules that we have adopted:

- balls are entered at the same time
- first team to score wins
- don't have to win both balls
- mini game ends once the first ball dies
- everyone switches regardless of if your side wins
- first side/team to 10 points wins
