What's funny to me is that purple pikmin in smash act closer to how the rock pikmin works in pikmin 3.
I think they could have done something like the purple have their signature shockwave in smash ( maybe making the opponent trip or something like that) and having the rock pikmin working like the actual purple pikmin does
