NNPC Uncovers 240 Illegal Refineries, Pipeline Connections

Amid dwindling government revenue and bleak economic outlook, Nigeria cannot afford sabotage in whatever ramification. The Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited, NNPC says it recorded 240 incidents of crude oil theft and pipeline vandalism in the Niger Delta in one week. In a documentary on its social media handle, NNPC said most of the incidents occurred in Bayelsa state between July 15 and 21. The company explained that it discovered 93 illegal pipeline connections and 69 illegal refineries.

if you see illegal refineries, then make it legal because our refineries are not working. Which is the excuse Nigeria is giving for subsidy. let the illegal refineries work so that fuel prize will drop
