I PPROM at 6 months due to my uterine fibroids. Lost our son April 2021 after 4 short outs of him taking his first breath. We had a fibroid ablation the year before but it failed and we didn’t find that out until after we had conceived

I have been talking treatment for infertility from last 1.5 years. I have faced 1 unsuccessful IUI, and now started IVF-ICSI treatment. The problem is my AMH(1.85) is very low. Now we are waiting for my cycle for embryo transfer. 3 follicules were matured(MY OWN) and 2good embryos were formed as the doctor said us.
It would be great if you guide us for success in our first attempt of this treatment.As we cannot afford for 2nd attempt. My age is 31 and my wt.is 68kg
