Disagree on Giscard. He brings aoe Provoke for faction wars. Turn off his A2, and he's solid early to mid game in Clan Boss with his increase attack and defense a3. Then he's constantly applying decrease attack on the CB.

You gotta put a disclaimer at the beginning or something that some champions you say are trash can really change someone elses account depending on where they are in the game. Noobs will watch this video and automatically form opions on champs that would otherwise be great.

I just want to say that Lodric (10:20) is a good shield-champ for Borgoth. He has only 2 turn CD for his shields. For an epic is this really nice.

Been playing about 10-11 weeks now and videos like this and the HH website make my life a lot easier! I might have gotten rid of some good champs and invested into some trash ones lol. Hey HH! Much as I love your vids, I have to wonder who is the intended audience for this one? Crazy end-game spenders, who won't as much as even look at anything below a void legendary?

Because - for a casual player? - Giscard can be a pretty good investment, for instance. Does he bring unkillable + irresistible HP burns and team cleanses? Nope, but for what he is? He's cool. Stack DEF and ACC on him, and guy doesn't even need SPD to keep rotating and locking things down.

Canoness? 2 turn DEF increase, ally protect and continuous heal on a 2 turn CD, plus leech and ACC decrease with a 6x DEF hit is trash? She hits the Clan Boss for 100K...

What's our bar here, sir? 😅

You completely missed Frenzi the Cackler's A1 (Skinwalkers) - if there is an HP burn on an enemy (whether placed by her OR any other champion) her A1 can trigger an extra instance of the MAX HP damage. She is an S tier DEF nuker and crowd controller with her A3 AOE provoke which also increases her own DEF and corresponding damage. Her passive is insane since every time an HP burn triggers her DEF increases (by up to a total 20%). I got a 5 star perfect soul for her and selected Cruelty for her blessing and her A2 (HP burn) will land 3x of Cruelty on a boss since it's a triple hit ability. I also have full masteries on her and picked helm smasher to synergize with cruelty.

i've invested in some of these great single target damage dealers for Cursed City (Knight Errant in Destroy, and Rowan has A1 Heal Reduction on a very high chance for Amius). feel like a missed opportunity to review great Epics that people might more easily have Souls for that can see the light of day for Cursed City

So off the mark on Giscard, he carries in Clanboss, good early PvP, and has use in hydra too. Put him in Regen gear and he can solo Scarab king

Thanks for the annual review. It's interesting so see which champions have fallen into the "Trash" category due to power creep. I watch these videos to know what I can safely use as food. Although Cursed City can trick you sometimes. And of course, some of the marginal or bad champions can be very handy early to mid-game depending on what else you have.

Pann's aoe smacks hard, really good multipliers for an epic. Super handy in Sintranos.

only problem with wuzgar is the shield he puts out usually keeps the reflect damage from working against fire knight

2:58 Come on Hades, Giscard very underrated epic, as F2P control the wave very well and also A1 hit pretty hard with good build (main in relentless set work well).. increase attack increase increase def, turn meter boost passive.

Rowan is great for Amius as well, with her heal reduction A1. I've used her in 2 rotations so far on Hard

2 epics I have relied on - Pann and Hoskarul. Both are in my faction teams. Pann put me over the edge in Sylvan Watchers since none of them do damage. Pann does decent damage and has some control.

Hell Hades calls 80% of my roster trash! Such is the reality of free-to-play. I get very few epics, so I have to keep all of them, or I would have almost none. When watching this video, remember Hell Hades gets infinite duplicates of epics, and he compares them to legendaries.

nogoryo actually is a good nuker, he is a tier below genbo interm of nuker kits but damage wise they're on the same level, and he has lockout skill and block buffs and buff steal.
