This man’s energy and enthusiasm for life is so infectious! I was having a crummy day and well on my way to my own self-hosted pitty party but by the end of the 3rd loop I was smiling and “chair dancing” right along with him 🤣! By the end of the 4h loop I was up off the couch with my own dance jams on and the rest of my day was awesome!!🙂
