Climate Justice Film Screens for Human Rights Day 2024 | United Nations

On Human Rights Day, the UN will screen High Tide Don't Hide, a climate justice film with the core theme of respect. The film follows the school strike for climate across New Zealand and the need to include Indigenous rights in the movement. The filmmakers and activists call for action on Human Rights Day because 'environmental issues are human rights issues.' The film will screen on 10 December, 2024, Human Right Day, in New York.

Yes💯 👏🏻😊 As we come to the end of the year people will be talking about their achievements and how they reached certain goals this year whilst others will be getting over things that have knocked them back and taken them by surprise. When we plan ahead we never know what's around the corner. We assume the best and are always striving towards improvement. Worse still, when we see everyone else meeting their goals and living their 'best life' it can make us feel isolated and somewhat disappointed with our lot.
