Totally appreciate this type of video. I am in the interim where not sure what I want to do with upgrading my i7-3770K/nVidia 1050Ti system but right now as I write this I am exporting a 4K 2.45 hr video in Premiere Pro and it says 4 hrs 35 min to go at about 3 hrs in (just using the CPU). So, any entry level Alder Lake is likely to cut my times at least to 1:1.5 min of min to export time rather than 1:3.5 min ratio I am getting now. Probably will match with an entry GPU like 6500XT or nVidia 3050Ti to get buy for a year or so. I love the while look of the i220 system in the video though won't go with 6700XT at those prices. May not be a screamer but looks great. Yeah, seems the way to go for gamers and creators like me that need to be at an entry level.

Thank for this video. I am building with a Strix Z690-I (ITX) and an i3 12100 as a placeholder just to get the system up and running with Crucial DDR5 5600 for if and when I ever want to upgrade. I have a 4090 but probably won't move it over to this build unless I go for a 13th gen upgrade. For now, super cool HTPC!

Down here in Sydney Australia the i3-12100F is $179AUD not overly expensive for the performance, but to add a Motherboard...
the cheapest one is ASUS PRIME H610M-E D4 $169AUD or with a VRM Heatsink ASUS PRIME H610M-A D4 $179AUD while B660 is over $200AUD
& while you can get a B450 or A520 for $99AUD for CPUs AMD just have Athlon200GE $109AUD or Athlon3000G $129AUD then jump to R5 3600 $369AUD or R5 5600G $399
😔So things are not good for New PC Low Budget Gaming even on the CPU/Mobo Combo side, without even adding a GTX1050Ti $349AUD & over $400AUD for a GTX1650 or RX6500XT.

The 1200 and 12300 are also very good options for a basic home or office pc I.e basic web browsing online shopping Netflix you tube word processing as you don’t need a GPU to get an display as it as an igpu in there.
