When I started working out I would see these celebrity workouts and I copied them. They rarely mention supplements. So I Over trained while taking barely any supplements and I ate poorly. And then I wondered why I didn't look like wolverine in 6 months. I think this happens to alot of young people. Thank you coach Greg for putting the truth out there. Maybe it will help younger lifters start off better than we did in the past.

I knew a guy when I went through the fire academy, who was a good friend of mine, and he was in better shape than Michael B Jordan. He was one of the very few folks who had perfect mesomorphic genes. He later became an Air Force PJ. I remember asking him, “what are you doing here with us?” He told me he always wanted to serve, and this was the way he chose. Much respect to the rare genetically gifted mesomorphs. I believe it’s possible Michael B Jordan is natural, but only blood work could definitively prove whether he is or not. Love this content coach and your cook book is clutch for us endomorphs👍

Very rare to hear of a renowned Hollywood actor being physically natural for action roles these days. Their time schedules would call for a need to get a boost to meet timelines.

the usual giveaway, training 3 times a day like you're a pro athlete ( you're either an actor or a full time athlete ), the "I've been working out since I was 5", and the chicken broccoli rice evergreen . Come on .

I used to be a victim of these all the time when I was younger. “Just workout these muscles, eat close to nothing, and youll look insane”.

I'll say this, I think almost all these celebs are on the sauce, but when I first started lifting, the beginner gains were bonkers. I went from 117lbs to 142lbs in under a year and maybe only increased my bodyfat percentage by a percentage point or two.

On one hand these videos could be doing so much good in helping people with confidence issues but on the other hand, I think these videos give a chunk of people the impression that anybody that looks decent is on PEDs . I mean people are coming to me saying I'm on steroids 😅. So I really don't know if this is doing more harm than good or...

I think MBJ is natural. If he isn't, it is difficult for me to tell if he's enhanced. He's a hard worker and very committed to what he does. But I'm thinking that parts of his workouts may be fluffed a little bit because the muscles need recovery.
