What do we know about ranked choice voting? | LIVE STREAM
Показать описание
Ranked choice voting (RCV) has been around for decades. What happens when we allow voters to pick multiple candidates for the same office and rank them from best to worst? Does RCV produce winning candidates who are more agreeable to a majority of voters? Does it depolarize politics and encourage campaigns to be more civil?
Please join AEI’s Kevin Kosar, New America’s Lee Drutman, and the University of Iowa’s Caroline Tolbert for a discussion of the latest research on RCV and what these studies reveal about its promise and limitations as an election reform.
