How to Fix Halloween Ends!

This weekend Halloween Ends hit theaters and it would be an understatement to say it was polarizing. Some of you liked it. Many of us did not. Ultimately I think they only had 2 movies worth of story but chose to make a trilogy.

Here is how I would fix Halloween Kills and Halloween Ends.

Yea I agree, the trilogy should’ve taken place all in one night. The whole Michael returns years later is tiring.

They should've included a training montage where Michael teaches Corey to lift weights, bust coconuts with his bare hands, and stab dummies with the Eye of the Tiger playing in the background.

I feel like this was the idea for Halloween Kills but last minute They decided to keep Michael alive to make a trilogy because $$$

There’s a fanedit that’s quite similar to this. It’s called Halloween Night. It cuts out Karen’s death, and Michael doesn’t get back up at the end of Kills, they just take him straight to the shredder.

Completely agree. I think it was necessary to have a sequel to 2018 but not for Kills. The fact that they built up that Michael was officially going to die in Kills just for him to get back up and kill everyone AGAIN was really dumb to me. Then in Ends the whole film wasn’t even centred around Michael Myers and Laurie but then at the climax we suddenly get the final showdown which wasn’t built up at all whereas it was in Kills so if Kills had the same ending as Ends it would be a much better film.

Would've been cool if this whole trilogy took place in the same night. In the og kills ending lorai says that she is coming for Micheal after getting a call from Karen but instead of Karen's voice it's Micheals breathing the whole ending is on YouTube if you haven't seen it yet, then ends could follow that and have a more tension filled character driven ending for a more satisfying resolution cus the ending was meant to be lorai and Micheal

PERFECT. However I would still be interested in a sequel. Perhaps for Halloween ends after Micheal killed most of the mob Halloween ends takes place of Micheal stalking and coming after the main characters

The entire town pinning him down would have made more sense than Laurie working alone, though. That's the one approach that hadn't been tried in all these years.

Couldn't agree more. In my mind Halloween (2018) is the last Halloween Film.

This man just found a better written story for this trilogy than a team of professionals with years of experience. Give Sean a budget and he'll make a hell of a movie

Exactly what I thought. The companies behind this trilogy could probably do this if they wanted to. Make it, “The Definitive Halloween Trilogy” 1978, 2018, 2021. Would have been a absolutely epic ending and trilogy. All logic, rules, and canon would stay intact. The lynch mob defeats myers together, and Laurie strode and the mob destroy him in the car crusher.

Everyone is saying exactly that for an ending but the issue with that is you still have Laurie in the hospital for 90% of the movie, which will just hav e people complain about that
