if you push the up button 3 sec+ you can change the display color of the screen white or black ;)

Their spot lights are around $800US. I'd go for the cigarette lighter Amazon) & buy USB plugs for it. A cheap Amazon comms/phone system is just a unit(Bluetooth/clips on or velcrows on to helmet.)) connected to headphones & mic velcroesd in Hemet. about $15-30 US.

Very nice review. Be aware, the top box CAN cause a front end wobble, especially if over loaded. I also have a brand new V 650LT, Purchased 5-9-23 and I love it so far!

Unless driving on unlit roads I think the main head lamp is enough. I upgraded the windscreen to the smoked givi (D4132ST) which is styled to the bike and takes the wind off my helmet 🤙

Great bike! I went for the cb500x when I passed my test 2 years ago as it was a little bit more manageable, probably should have gone for the versys though, as I like the overall look and design, even compared to the triumph 660 tiger sport I still think the versys edges it, just my opinion !!

I removed the Handguards from my Versys 650 and replaced them with SHAD Handlebar Muffs. (THE BEST)
My hands stay warm and dry, (in cold and rainy weather) !

I love the look on this bike and if I could, I would trade my Z650 for this one. I think the top box is an OEM version of the Givi V47N top box.

Nice little review Lee. So is this your first big bike after the 125? How long have you been riding?
Additional lights are to be beneficial for being seen by others especially in cars etc when there is a triangular shape for brain recognition. I would defo fit to a new big bike when I i pass my test next yr.🤞
An update to this would be great and to see what you like/dislike after 5+ months of usage. Did you do any upgrades etc?

I have never used back side top box, not sure how it effects handling when it is full.
