8 inch with 37s is really the most proportionally appealing to me

Traction bars make a HUGE difference! I had a 85 K20 had a 6in all spring lift with 37x12.50. Rear end swayed like Crazy past 65. Me and my buddy made trac bars after had no issues would run 90 just fine

How is the truck doing powerstroke doing? Can you make a update video on the lift. Love how the truck turned out.

She's a beautiful truck! I, myself, am a proud owner of a 2002 7.3 and had the same issue with the driveshaft vibration and shaking at initial take-off. I went with a one-piece driveshaft, deleting the carrier-bearing all together. Had it done 1 year ago and was worth every nickel.

Something I've seen on other lifts is that they make the carrier bearing drop for lifts that have a rear block kit because it's what most people go with simply to save money but upgrading to full size rear leaf springs can make the rear slightly taller than the block kit which will change the pinion angle making the carrier bearing drop kit ineffective. Best thing you can do is traction bars or a full custom length driveshaft if you have the money for it.

Might wanna replace the u joints if you've had the factory ones for 200, 000 miles. And also get trac bars. You'll be blown away of how much itll help

The Pinion angle on this truck is incorrect. After taking some measurements and a few calls to Rough Country, the rear end needs to be shimmed. Rough Country has shipped some 6° shims to install. They are going in ASAP. I will update after.

Fix the axle wrap by installing some ladder bars... Hell they'd be easy to build too.

Full rear leaf springs is only way to go for sure. have busted some lift blocks before doing burn outs..lol

Get the full spring rear lift and loose the blocks will fix your problem with axel wrap or go with track bars.... Just say no to blocks

My friend has a 6 inch rough country lift kit on his 2007 Silverado and it destroyed his front end and rear end he had to replace a lot of parts and spent a lot of money

@Jeremiah Headley, do I remove my factory axle shim blocks with this kit? Are the leaf springs already shimmed at the correct angle? Thanks

Jeremiah Headley I am considering purchasing a 1999 single rear wheel f350 4x4 Crew Cab Long bed 7.3 powerstroke would you recommend a rough country 8 inch suspension lift kit like yours?.

Did you have any issues with the front drive shaft not reaching? I did a same lift on my excursion and my front drive shaft is too short now. Wondering if you had same issue.

Any way you could measure to the top of the door sill? Curious cause this is the same height I want to do. Looks sharp

Very slick truck. How did your front shaft line up? Also where did you get that grille
