how to change pvp spec, like going from beastmaster to hunter? .. I am hunter outside of PVP but it still queues me up as beastmaster

Theres a rumor cosmetics are character bound. And not account bound.

My main concern was Vigor, aka Archage labor.. you can buy pots to replenish it as well.. kinda worrying
