Oooooh those finishers! The jumping lunge move was a bit comical on my end, but I kept on keeping on!!! Keep showing up and keep improving!

I missed the live session yesterday. My abs got an extra workout with all the laughing i was doing. Just so's you know... you guys keeping it real helps me keep showing up. Come as you are!

Hi, the beginning of a new day (the tenth week is the first day) last week, unfortunately, I only accomplished two days because of circumstances beyond my control and I felt frustrated 😫 but I will not give up 💪🏻🔥 I will try hard to reach my goal
