Hundreds of Line 3 pipeline protesters rally at Minnesota State Capitol | FOX 9

Hundreds of people made their way to the Minnesota State Capitol Wednesday to protest the Enbridge Energy Line 3 oil pipeline.

Has anyone seen first hand the conditions on ANY Minnesota reservation? Why won’t they start protesting that, and the disadvantaged children living on those reservations.

The world runs on oil. It is responsible for every single modern thing we enjoy in life. It is much safer & cleaner to have the oil travel through a pipeline than on the highways or on freight lines. These "protesters" are not logical.

I venture that the majority of people living in the area of the pipeline are in favor of constructing a replacement to one which has been in the ground for 60 years.

Why not emphasize that in the news?

Personally, I think it very doubtful that the wild rice crop will ever be affected by the pipeline.

Whenever I see a "stop line 3" sign in a yard, its right next to a BLM sign. So although I don't really know anything about line 3, I support doing it because I know the type of people who are against it aren't too bright.

When the pipeline spills, which it will and poisons one of the last clean fresh bodies of water in the United States which it desperately relies on? What will you do? What will you do without water? Water is life, you can’t drink oil
