Thats what i said myself when i had to pay 2 eur for a 0.5 litre of bottled water in a fast-food ( prices like it was a restaurant ) .

Totally not worth it, but maybe because i was in Dubrovnik which is one of their priciest cities

Zagrep seems to be the worst in Balkan as our as neighbors Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro etc.. The standard is not higher in Croatia, its one country like the others in ex. Yugoslavia!!! Absolutely not suitable for tourists :P
