I know YunNan is famous for mushrooms, and I heard people got poisoned from eating mushrooms from time to time, and it won't stop them from eating mushrooms after they are recovered. I learned from the video that restaurant have some mechanism to protect customer from getting poisoned. That encourages me to try mushroom hot pot next time.
