Cory, I’m glad I found your videos in 2024. They’ve been beneficial. We don’t have quite the same style, but it’s been great to see how you do things

Thank you Corey. Yield is over 13% now, really tempting 😅. Your videos are always appreciated

Great video. You should also focus on the exorbitant amount of debt regardless of growth. It is one of the most leverage retailers in the industry by a factor of 8...a bankruptcy waiting to happen.

Similar retailers are down as well. KSS owns ~400 of their stores at a value of about 8B alone, current market cap is under 2B. Sale fell through in 2022 that priced at $60 per share.

Now this stock is $7.17 it might start looking a bit more attractive soon? I just a buy order in at $4.40. Not a big buy order but it seems a little more interesting. Any opinions on it now? What would you think is a price worth taking a position?

is that revenue/earnings growth nominal or inflation adjusted?

Can you look at IQV? Formed from the merger of IMS Health and Quintiles in 2016. So, it’s sort of two businesses. Was a COVID beneficiary. Price got insane in late 2021

I think lost like a dollar buying this in 2022 and selling on the 3/23 quarter they had a terrible quarter lost like 2.5 a share the old ceo left for Levi's. And this Tom guy was from Burlington or something came. Anyway some reason the stock popped on this horrible quarter seemed like everybody was promoting the new ceo I was like get me the fck out.

KSS... you'd have to buy a business like this when it's in a pit to do decent long term. Okay business at wonderful price-- if it gets back to fair value and normalized growth, you'll probably sell for something else. Not my game to play.

You avoid all stocks...Nothing to do with you knowing anything.
