I can DEFINITELY hear Brandy singing this song. I would LOVE to produce a song that Dawn wrote and Brandy performed. I wish I had a place to submit the music. Oh well...This song and video really shows Dawn's artistic talent. I bet money, she probably had to do this all independently. Labels would probably praise the song, but be scared to death to back it because it's so different. Dawn...do your own thing sis. This song proves you can handle things on your own. Wish I could talk to you directly. But since I can't, hopefully you'll read this some how...don't change! Even if that means it takes you a little longer to get where you need to in this industry...DON'T CHANGE. You may have to change some things in your "musical personality" to please fans (and even then, pick and chose what should be slightly altered), but don't change your individuality. That's who Dawn Richard is musically and that's who the fans (and others) have grown and will grow to love. Keep making creative music and the fans and checks will follow. Don't stop!
