Great tips! And speaking of Summer, remember to protect your Skin…

And one of the best ways to keep your skin healthy is to actually protect it from the sun. So you should definitely do the following if you’re serious…

Use sunscreen as much as possible when you’re out in the sun - maybe, every 2-3 hours. And if you’re going for a swim, perhaps more often.

And try staying in the shade if you can, especially around 10am to 4pm, that’s when the sun does the most damage to your skin.

And finally, wear clothes that will protect you from the sun, and of course - don’t forget to wear shades! Because your future just might get a bit too bright, if you start using these tips.
