The VIBES were on point with Benny. Showing your work and sharing experience with someone who also knows what your doing and have a genuine interest in is one of the best feelings there is. And his response when you ask if he sees anything "ah you know what you're doing now you're just second guessing yourself" - what a mate.

Having Benny tell you you know what your doing, don’t second guess yourself is the highest compliment. Congratulations Martin!!!

I've been watching for years, and the content has always been awesome, but I'd like to point out how Marty, Moog, and all the regular "guests" are so quick to give props to each other. It is great to see. You're all legends.

Dave, Scotty, Al, Moog, Marty are the MCM boys ….but to see Benny on the show you know it’s a premium Subaru build

-Scott is the BEST brand ambassador ever! He knows the system like another child and how-to tune safely like a guru should! I recommend to anyone I'm talking cars to, that is leaving factory ecu, Hal-tech because of Scott and your and Rob Dahm's videos. Even having not used it. It's just so well designed in hardware and software, and the Tech Support I've seen is amazing.

-Always loved your videos, baught a 24 outback XT turbo and already making spreadsheets for mods. Both Subaru approved and for when my warranty ends :). It already squeals the tires a bit on a full throttle take-off into a turn, but needs a touch more! Nothing crazy planned, but another 50-100hp on full throttle will make summer as fun as winter (in Canada). AWD drifts into the next lane is so fun!

So happy to see a mid-range turbo build that will have good response on the street and be a blast to drive. The huge turbo's that don't come alive until well past 4000 can be fun when they're up and spooled but getting there a pain in street driving. The blue car is a really nice example of well engineered.

We are being spoilt this week 🥰🥰🥰
I just wanted to say thank you for what you do not only on the tubes but for mental health.
This time of year, as we are all aware of, can be a shit time of year for many different reasons so again thank you Marty and Moog and your small crew for allowing us to escape even if for a short moment in the day/week.

Here in North America, the sportiest Imprezas we got in that era were either the 2.5 RS (coupe) or 2.5 TS (sedan), which where kinda like a toned-down WRX; it had different bumpers, side skirts and spoiler, but way more conservative than a WRX. It also had the bigger engine, the 2.5, whereas the Impreza first came stock with a 1.8 and then a 2.2. I love this particular build of yours, because it is so reminescent of what "Sport Compact Car" magazine did in february of 1999 when they got a hold of one of the first 2.5 RS, and then went to custom-turbocharge it and make it look like a WRX coupe... Ahhh, the good ol' days!!!!

"If oils not coming out the bottom, and the big end isn't trying to get out the bottom, then you're sweet" truer words were never spoken in regards to subie's! 😂

My grandma passed today. The fact that I can go watch a brand new MCM video and put my mind somewhere else is saving me right now.
Thank you Marty and Moog! ❤

There have been multiple research articles on intervooler sprayers. The short answer is to how to set it up. Is to actually spray after a sustained boost event. The cooler doesn't work as an instantaneous transferral of heat from the intake to the ambient air. It acts as a heat soak for the intake air (boost). Then has to shed that heat to the outside. Which is when it is optimal to use the sprayers.
You can test it yourself by logging the intercooler metal temperature yourself. It will always peak, AFTER the power run! Hence, the term "heat soak".

Wiring is a dark art and Dave is an absolute wizard.
Good works lads. I can't wait to hear it knocking as the Nissan just keeps on 😅

I’ll suggest that you 3D print a couple of nozzle diverters to point the mist down to harvest all the benefits of the water spray
