Check out some of these clips from my Wendler 531 C1W2 OHP day. I fudged on the numbers the first two working sets, but what can ya do?! Also included are both joker and first set last examples. I also decided to throw in one of my favorite triceps exercise that I don't see a lot of people do.

I've been playing around with grip width a bit, going wider feels off for some reason, but maybe I'll revisit this again. Thanks for the reminder.

I like the new intro music! Also, cool variation on the Tricep exercise. Normally I do it with the back of the bench straight but I'll have to try this one out too.

Depends on how you look at it. Can look at it as a way to offset all the pressing movements, but also trying to condense the workout.

The nice thing is you can adjust the assistance work to add more volume in. Some days I'm done in 45 min, others it's over an hour.

Just now transitioning to a bulk. The only added stuff is in the assistance work (also the additions of jokers), so IMO I'd hold off as you can easily find that info online.

Some shoulder mobility issues prevent me from pushing through more right now (but it's something I'm' working on). My hands are in that position you mention.

Yeah that's why I tried to give people a range of reps/sets, so that if they found it was too much or too little they could adjust. Glad to hear you like it!
