good tips, my plan is to eat 1 or 2 cans of sardines in evoo about 2 hrs bfore big meal and eat mostly meats skipping the dressing.
will add some acv to sardines

1)apple cider vinegar
2) fast before large meal
3) prioritise protein
4) always walk after big meal.
