'We have to act faster': Merkel says she wants more climate action

In a video conference with Dutch students, German Chancellor Angela Merkel says "young people are reminding us that we are going to slowly" when it comes to climate action.
The German government has announced it will set more ambitious targets to reduce CO2 emissions after a landmark ruling by the country's top court declared a flagship climate protection law "insufficient".
