Lumpy/slightly hesitatant when cold is definitely a thing on my JDM Forester SG CrossSports. I've always assumed something wasn't quite right but (almost) glad to hear it's not just mine. My '99 Turbo2000 GC8 was always fine.

Hi Duncan, what is you view on subaru exhaust pully breaking and needs to be replaced with a billet one? True or another sales gimmick? Not seen or heard anything about this from usa tuners

If you can answer about my oiling issue, I would appreciate it a lot. I know you're a tuning expert, sorry.

2001 subaru legacy twin turbo has oil light coming on when at warm idle. Oil and filter was replaced and still the same. Has a valve cover leak on one side. Do I need to inspect the oil pickup?
Also wondering if a newer sump pan would fit and replace the flat bottom old style pan? Thanks

Q. 97 gc8 type r I've noticed that on decel my my gearbox seems to whine but not sure it's normal for these box's. Do I need to worry about it or ok to leave. I have a group n pitch stop mount not sure if it adds to the noise. Any advice appreciated

Hi duncan.. what size head gaskets should be ideal for doing ej207 ver 10 sti shortblock swap on jdm legacy gt ej20x engine ? Heads and cams are stock lgt. Oem sti head gaskets are around 0.6 to 0.8mm thickness, will these work for the ej207 swap or i go for more thicker(1.1mm, 1.5mm) rcm head gaskets. ?
Which gaskets size is best to match the change in compression from ej20x to ej207?

Hi Duncan, noticed a coolant temp issue with my car. Wouldn't heat up to 90 degrees even on motorway. Oil temp maxed at 72 deg on cruise. Then later came up to about 80. The coolant temp on the cluster would go to 90 on boost, but after a short cruise would "cool" again. And sit near the bottom of the gauge or middle. It was a new thermostat last year along with the engine. Any ideas?

Hi Duncan james here again the denso o2 sensor fixed my issue thanks. But got a p2503 code low voltage engine light on to .goes away if a reset it but comes on if a start car again . Funny thing is had my car over a year used daily mostly short trips and has never failed to start . Turbo timer says 14.2 v but does drop to 13.9 . Any help
