Unlike anything you've seen before!! The most incredible, jaw dropping duplex is now available at 730 Park Avenue. Apartment 10/11C exceeds all expectations; boasting over 21 Ft high ceilings, 4 bright city exposures, and an exquisite triple mint gut renovation in which no expense was spared or detail overlooked. Two full floors have been artfully combined to create a massive 18 room home with 6 bedrooms plus a staff suite, 8 full bathrooms, 3 half bathrooms, and a gracious floorplan allowing for the most elegant living the city can offer.
The 10th Floor: A private elevator landing opens into a glass vestibule which leads to a gorgeous gallery and living room with a wood burning fireplace and double height ceilings. A magnificent cantilevered limestone staircase with a floating glass railing is a work of art. It provides a focal point and access to the private quarters on the second level, which can also be accessed via elevator. Beyond the living room is a handsome library clad in cerused oak with a wood burning fireplace and wet bar. The exceptional bedroom suite leaves nothing to be desired. Complete with a custom built Samsung mirror television, huge and luxurious his & hers marble bathrooms, a separate office and two custom Italian walk in closets. The sophisticated dining room is in high design with richly detailed finishes including custom built cabinetry made from quartered white oak and a luxurious velvet banquette. The chefs eat-in kitchen was custom designed and built by Arclinea with top of the line appliances including a Wolf 48” 6 burner cooktop and separate grill, dual Gaggenau combi-stem ovens, oversized Miele refrigerator and freezer, 2 Miele dishwashers and Thermador wine fridge. The kitchen also houses a separate custom butler’s pantry with a massive amount of storage, a large office area which can also be used as an additional staff room.
The 11th Floor: The top of the sweeping staircase leads to a glamorous media/family room large enough to accommodate a pool table, spacious seating area, and a gas fire place. A private bedroom wing consists of 4 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom. Separate guest quarters offers a private kitchenette and a beautiful custom limestone bathroom. This floor also provides staff quarters, laundry room, powder room, mud room, and multiple walk in closets and storage areas. This exceptional apartment provides central A/C with 13 separate zones, 12-14” wide white oak flooring, fully automated lighting and shades controlled through Savant Home Automation with upgraded CAT 7 wiring, and an impressive wine storage room.
730 Park is Park Avenue's most distinguished and sought-after pre-war Coop. The elegant white-glove 20-story building was erected in 1929 and designed by architect Lafayette A. Goldstone in a neo-Renaissance and neo-Jacobean style. In 1945, the building was converted to a cooperative in with 40 apartments. The red-brick building’s entrance is on the quiet and lovely side street has an attractive and unusual façade ornamentation including a large ram’s head at the Park Avenue corner. This building is located in one of the most desirable areas of Park Avenue and is convenient to many famous boutiques and art galleries on Madison Avenue. It is also close to the Asia Society on Park Avenue at 70th Street and the Frick Collection on Fifth Avenue at 70th Street. Amenities include full-time doorman, concierge, attended elevator, private storage, central laundry room, fitness center, and bike room storage.

I liked how he is hell bent on insisting that the place has a “view” of Central Park 🤣🤣🤣

Spectacular design! Love it. For the price though I would want some outdoors, if only a small balcony. Your videos are fantastic.

More real estate for you money in Miami and Florida. NY is ridiculous no matter how nice they make it look. Much prefer your Florida and Miami listings.

Beautiful New York City Penthouse, I like the bedrooms, the orange bedroom, the living room and the chandelier.

I’m totally amazed by the size and the design of this property! The fact that it’s located in New York it’s incredible! The closet space, bedrooms, even down to the spice rack that’s a unique property. I have to say because of the location and the overall design of the place the asking price is a steal!😊

Love ur videos. I dont have 38.5 mill but if i ever had to spend so much dough, i would definitely expect some sort of a balcony or outdoor space.

Magnificent! Winter time with all those fireplaces will be very warm. I'd have a cook, house keeper, and a professional chef on retainer for weekends and special parties. I'm a meat and potatoes, nothing fancy for everyday eating, but entertaining calls for specialty food that I wouldn't begin to know how to fix. This is definately a place to entertain.

This resident has a personal chef that would explain the organized shelfing etc. My guess

Although the interior as been totally modernized, the overall shape of the rooms, placement of doorways and windows give off a very old fashioned feel. Very Art Deco.

This is very unique compared to most I’ve seen in Manhattan, stil needs a few updates and definitely some new interior design and the floor plan especially up top is a little cramped. The wine cellar in the 2nd floor kinda doesn’t make sense. But the cons don't out weigh the pros and the straight line to Central Park is good.

Jason….. just an idea
Maybe you could shed a professional idea on your thoughts of the condo market in Miami it will definitely be a ruff one. But look at some of your comments…
People appreciate your honesty and true thoughts

That is so awesome; only 3 blocks from where my grandmother was born in 1892.

I mean Wow! Truly beautifully put together including the furnishings and decor. Whom ever did the design didn't just combined multiple floors, apartments to turn into one large home and added nice fixtures, lights and made look pretty. They went beyond from that beautiful lighted staircase and the other one (landing that's tired), glass screen doors, etc. I think my best New York city home so far.. for me. :))

I like the kitchen and the themed bedrooms.

It would be cheaper to buy two brownstones. Then combined them and then trick it out
