I'm so soo confused. Is the base round 1 supposed to be the width of the bag? It says in the desc that the width is supposed to be 29 cm but mine is like only 16 cm. What do i do?

this was very easy to follow and at first i had to relook at every step but after a bit i had memorized the pattern and finished it through a breeze! my bag came out just a bit bigger but nonetheless im reslly happy with the results and its almost identical as the one shown in the video! thank you🤍

i tried this as my first project, great tutorial btw. but through row 2-14 part finishing the part where it forms but it’s not forming lol it just looks like a blanket. when i’m double crocheting all around am i supposed to single stitch on the corners?
