I have emphysema and c.o.p.d. Also had radiation therapy for lung cancer. I breathe much better in cold weather. I have to use oxygen in hot weather. I can work outdoors in the cold but not in heat. I live at an elevation of 5000 feet, in New Mexico. Also, the dryer the air, the better I can breathe. How would you explain why that is?
