How can one get clinical LORs while working in a research job in the US? Can you do USCE, electives ecc in order to obtain a clinical LOR while working in the us in a research position? If yes, only inside the institution you're at or even at other hospitals which may have connections with your supervisor? Thanks (let's say for example one person get a research job without prior usce and move to the us.)

My question is, if PA (physician assistant) LOR will be accepted and strategically good idea to upload. I was shadowing/ rotating/ working in one US clinic where I spent a lot of time with doctors and their PA. All agreed to write LORs. I don’t know if PA LOR will be much appreciated by programs.
