Time for another show! This is the only other show from the US Leg of the Moving Pictures Tour I will be uploading, most of the best are already up and three shows I would've (3/14, 6/11, 6/19) which are notable due to rowdy audiences I couldn't find. So we have this! This is on the fourth-to-last night on the US Moving Pictures tour leg, at the now defunct Met Center. Though it is introduced as being in Minneapolis, it is in a suburb, Bloomington. The quality is very distant and drenched in audience noise, but it's listenable. It originally played a whole semitone SHARP, and was too fast, but I fixed those issues. It's also mostly complete (Half of "The Camera Eye" is missing)
The performance is a hot one, but being the end of the tour Geddy's voice isn't as strong as before, and has difficulties singing a number of songs. Despite that he has some strong performances!
Some of the weakest performances: "2112" is a flying version as the band powers through the song, but as per usual Geddy's vocals are weak and powerless, and the same goes for "Freewill" as he struggles on the highs. "Beneath, Between, and Behind" has him faltering and falling flat on the high E5s, "Xanadu" as usual has a great intro but the high notes sound rough, and "Tom Sawyer" has Geddy falling WAY flat on the first set of E5s, hitting D5s again. However, the rest of the performances are typical strong versions, plus "YYZ" is much less sluggish than Chicago.
ENJOY!
