The issue is that the seeds don't blend well with the curry, I wish there is a way to address the issue, May be Pressure cook on low for 1 hour and mash it, but plenty of work, The curry could be made with simple ingredients and that time could be spent on making the seeds mix well with curry.

Just roast the seeds dry slightly the skin of the seeds comes out easily
