A bill working its way through a special session of the California legislature would, if passes and according to Gov. Gavin Newsom, lower the price of gasoline at the pump for tens of millions of drivers in the state.

That's what you call slime talk. On the one hand, he threw his weight and support to Biden -Harris for the EV. On the other, he was instrumental in passing anti gas policies that raised tax for gasoline, that caused oil companies like Chevron to leave California. In my experience as a Californian, nothing good ever came from this man, except hardships and misery for the common man/woman.

Misleading headline. Nobody seems sure it will lower fuel prices and it sounds like it is only intended to lower peak prices at that. How about cutting taxes and regulations?
