for everybody confused, she is 29. if you use the correct order which is grouping, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction or “GEMDAS” for short, you will get 29. i don’t know about other countries or states but i’m from mass and I was taught that in 3rd grade. the people who said 37 just solved it in the order that it is written which is totally normal because that’s what i did first too!😂

Solving it for the ppl who dont know how to use PEMDAS
(The order is parentheses, exponents, multiplication, division, addition, subtraction)

8÷4+6×5-3
(Theres no parenthese or exponents so lets do the division and multiplication. Eight divided by 4 is 2 and 6 times 5 is 30.)
2 + 30 - 3
(Now we can just solve in order)
32 - 3
(Last step!)
